Once you fill in the form, we’ll reach out to understand your vision — from the story you want to tell, to your preferred setting and date. We’ll then craft a customised proposal concept based on your requirements, along with a detailed quote. Once confirmed, we’ll handle everything from setup to teardown on the day itself.

Absolutely. We’ll guide you on timing, positioning, and even how to make the moment flow naturally — so all you have to focus on is asking the big question.
Can I personalise the setup?
Yes! Every proposal setup is customisable — from floral colours and decor style, to signage, music, and props. We can also incorporate personal touches like photos, letters, or mementos.
I have a specific location in mind. Can you do setups anywhere?
We can set up in most indoor or outdoor locations, including private venues, parks, rooftops, hotels, and restaurants. If your location requires prior approval or permits, we’ll advise you on what’s needed.
2. Booking & Timeline
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1 month in advance to secure your preferred date. For urgent or last-minute proposals, do contact us and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
How long does it take to set up?
Depending on the complexity, setup typically takes 1–2 hours. We’ll coordinate with you discreetly on arrival and teardown timing.
How long can the setup stay?
Most setups are designed for a 1–2 hour proposal window, but we can extend this accordingly to the plan.
3. Pricing & Payment
How much does a proposal setup cost?
Our bespoke styling starts from $680, depending on theme, size, and floral design. Custom quotes are provided after your consultation.
Is a deposit required?
Yes — a $200 deposit confirms your date, with the balance full payment to be made once full quotation has been shared.
Do you provide refunds if I change my plans?
Deposits are non-refundable once the concept and materials have been confirmed, but you may postpone your setup with advance notice (subject to date availability).

Can you help arrange photography or videography?
Yes! We work with trusted partners who specialise in capturing proposal moments naturally and beautifully.
Can you help arrange for a proposal flower bouquet?
Yes, we can! Our team can curate a fresh floral bouquet that complements your proposal setup, whether it’s a classic rose arrangement or something that reflects her favourite blooms. It’ll be ready on-site, so you can present it seamlessly during the moment.
Do you provide candles, balloons, or signage like “Marry Me”?
Yes, these can be included or customised to fit your theme. We also offer bespoke floral arches, picnic setups, or light displays.
Can you help me with a post-proposal dinner or celebration setup?
Definitely, we can style an intimate dinner table, picnic, or hotel room to continue the celebration after the “yes”.
5. On the Day
Will someone be on-site during the proposal?
Yes. Our team will be nearby to ensure everything runs smoothly — but we’ll give you space and privacy for your special moment.
What if it rains?
If your proposal is outdoors, we’ll discuss a backup plan or indoor alternative during planning.

Can I keep the flowers after the proposal?
Of course! You’re welcome to take home the fresh florals as a keepsake.
